What you get for $500 (one time)

A finished one-page website built for your business, the website files, a two minute video showing you how to put it online, and two ways for customers to reach you: a tap to call button and a request form that emails you every lead. You see the finished site before you pay. If you don't love it, you don't pay.

No required monthly fee

The $500 is one time. Your site is hosted free on Netlify's free tier, so there is nothing you are required to pay monthly.

Hosting limits

The free Netlify tier covers roughly 15 GB of visitor traffic and about 20 site updates per month. For a normal one-page local site that is plenty. Very heavy traffic or frequent changes can require a paid upgrade, and the optional care plan covers that if it ever comes up. If the free limits are hit, the site simply pauses until the next month. There is no surprise bill.

Your domain

By default your site is live free at a yourbusiness.netlify.app address. If you already own a domain, Keith Concepts can connect it for you as part of the care plan. Keith Concepts does not buy, sell, or own domains. You always own yours.

Changes and revisions

Anything you want changed before you pay is fixed free. After your site is delivered, ongoing changes (revisions, new photos, menu or copy updates) are handled through the optional care plan.

Care plan (optional, $250 a month)

Buy it when you buy the site and Keith Concepts sets everything up for you, or add it later. It covers revisions, photo changes, and menu and copy updates, and it includes a free diagnostic check of your whole site plus your previous 30 days of visitor information. Limited to 48 clients total.

Ownership

Once you pay, the website files are yours to keep.

Sales are final

Because you see and approve the finished site before paying, all sales are final once the files are delivered.
