Keith ConceptsThe short version
Keith Concepts is a one-person business that builds websites for local businesses. We collect the small amount of information we need to build your site and take your payment. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever, and we do not run ads.
What we collect
- What you give us. Your name, business name, phone number, email address, and anything else you send us so we can build your site, like photos of your work.
- Payment information. If you buy a website, your card details go straight to Stripe, our payment processor. Keith Concepts never sees or stores your card number.
- Basic website information. Our host, Netlify, records ordinary technical information about visits to this site, like the pages viewed and the general region a visit came from. We use it to see whether the site is working.
Why we collect it
To build your website, to contact you about it, and to take payment. That is the whole list. We do not use your information for anything you did not ask us to do.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the business:
- Stripe processes payments.
- Netlify hosts the websites.
- Google handles our email.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We will only hand it over if the law requires it.
Your website's visitors
If someone fills out the request form on the website we built for you, their name, phone number, and message are emailed to you. That lead is yours. You are responsible for how you use it.
How long we keep it
We keep your project information for as long as you are a customer, and afterward only for as long as we need it for our records. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Getting your information deleted
Email keithconcepts98@gmail.com or call 707-217-7152 and ask. We will delete what we have. No forms, no runaround.
Children
This is a service for business owners. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version goes up on this page with a new date at the bottom.
